Is there a place on this world,
For people who can feel feelings,
Not their own but not stealing,
An ability to share without knowing,
Not blessed but cursed,
As they struggle to differentiate,
Between themselves and the rest of humanity.

Laughing at fears,
Crushed by another’s defeat,
Violated by somebody's misery,
People though unknowing,
Will never understand,
What it is to feel love for something,
Someone, unknown,
As you are pining within,
For things unknown.
